Hailing from Edmonds, WA, she has lived, studied, and played music on both coasts. A multi-instrumentalist who is comfortable in a variety of genres, she can most often be found holding down bass lines in The Panda Conspiracy and Three Horn Quartet, adding a trombone voice into the mix with The Together Collective, or playing banjo on her porch.</image:caption>

In her day job, she’s the Director of Global Quality Control Testing for cancer therapeutics — where she closely abides by regulations from agencies worldwide. Music has always been her outlet to stay balanced and in the zone – a chance to exercise the other side of her brain! Katie has played public and private gigs with artists such as Melissa Etheridge, Three Horn Quartet, and The Together Collective.</image:caption>
